Gov. O'Malley on the Environment

Those of us who live near the Chesapeake Bay know what a great natural treasure the Bay is. Recently, the Governor of Maryland visited Brazil where Guanabara Bay faces similar environmental challenges and wrote about the visit at his blog here. There is a deeply religious sense to his comments as well as a ton of statistics. Regular readers will know that I am a fan of Gov. O'Malley and here is another reason why I think that confidence is justified.
