At the Mass of the Holy Spirit, opening the academic year at Catholic University, Cardinal Donald Wuerl made impromptu remarks at the end of the Mass about the dire situation in Iraq and Syria. His remarks were not only unscripted, they were powerful, from his heart and in the Spirit. Here is the video:
