O Radiant Dawn, splendor of eternal light, fill us with wonder and delight.

As a child, I wondered how we could be surprised by Jesus's coming; after all, it happened every year. For me, some of the wonder was lost in its repeated action. Through the years, I have learned that the wonder of Jesus' coming isn't that he came; it is that he is still coming. Every day. He comes to me in my friends, my relatives, and in all those I meet. In the eyes of those I see each day I find Him alive. That's the wonder.
